What Personal Data Does Uncore Process, for What Purpose, and the Legal Basis

The legal basis for UNCORE’s processing of your personal data follows Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The processing of personal data is necessary, and legitimate interests exist, as the processing of personal data is required to handle your order or inquiry, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

UNCORE only discloses data to partners and minimizes the shared data to what is necessary.

Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

UNCORE retains your personal data as long as it is relevant, but for no longer than 5 years.

Personal data is retained as long as it is relevant to offer documentation, including documentation for independent third parties. Typically, personal data will be deleted within 12 months thereafter. Please refer to UNCORE’s cookie policy regarding expiration dates for individual third-party cookies.

Data collected in connection with purchases will generally be retained for 2.5 years after the purchase due to the expiration of the warranty period. Data may be stored for longer if necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or if retention is required by law.

Data you provide on UNCORE’s social media platforms will generally not be deleted. You can delete your data from social media at any time. Competition-related data processed by UNCORE will be deleted from its system after four months.

Other inquiries to UNCORE are deleted 60 days after the last contact.
